About Wolfgang — The Story Behind WG’s Earthscapes

My name is Wolfgang, and while I wasn’t born in East Tennessee, I chose it — and that makes it home in a very real way. I grew up in Germany, where I learned the value of hard work, precision, and doing things the right way, not the fast way. When I moved to Sweetwater, I fell in love with the land, the people, and the sense of community you don’t find just anywhere.

WG’s Earthscapes was built from that appreciation. I wanted to create a service that neighbors could rely on — someone who shows up, communicates clearly, and takes pride in every detail. Whether I’m clearing brush, grading a driveway, or helping a property owner bring their vision to life, I bring the same mindset: be honest, be dependable, and leave the job better than you found it.

I may not speak with a Southern accent, but I’ve learned that what matters here isn’t how you sound — it’s how you work. And I work hard. I’m grateful for every customer who trusts me with their property, and I’m committed to earning that trust with every project, big or small.
